I joined as a Police Officer, a role that demanded strength, discipline, and simplicity. With the uniform came a sacrifice—I couldn’t wear jewelry. What I once adored had to be set aside. But strangely, that absence made my love for it even stronger. I began to understand that jewelry wasn’t just adornment. It was my connection to my roots, my culture, and the woman I always wanted to be.

That silent longing sparked something powerful in me.
